Step 1

Consultation &
Design Brief

Share your vehicle specs, load requirements, and intended use. We’ll provide expert advice on the ideal tray configuration and share examples from past builds.

Step 2

Design and Drawing

Our team creates a detailed CAD design of your custom tray, tailored to your specifications and emailed to you for review and approval before fabrication starts.

Step 3

Fabrication

Every component is laser cut, folded, and TIG/MIG welded in-house by our experienced staff to ensure maximum strength and precision.

Step 4

Paint

The tray is sandblasted, powder coated and painted in-house before final assembly.

Step 5

Installation and Testing

We install your tray onto your vehicle, complete all wiring, and accessory fitting. Each aspect is then fully tested before handover.

Step 6

Ready for Work & Adventure
