For an exact quote, we’ll usually need to confirm a few more details and may arrange an in-person consultation or request specific measurements or photos.

Build times can vary depending on the size of the project, your timeframe, and our current schedule. Most canopies and setups are typically completed within 8–12 weeks.

Once your build is booked in, we’ll provide a clear timeline and keep you updated throughout the entire process — so you’ll always know what stage your build is at. You’re also more than welcome to come in and organise a time to check on your build as it progresses.

Yes — we offer a lifetime warranty on workmanship, so you can be confident in the quality and durability of our builds.

In addition, any products we fit come with their own manufacturer warranties, which vary depending on the brand and item. We’re happy to help you with any warranty claims if needed.

Please note, our workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Wear and tear from normal use
• Accidental damage
• Faults in materials or components made by third parties (unless covered by a manufacturer warranty)

We won’t install items that are unsafe, poor quality, or incompatible with your build. We’ll always advise if something isn’t suitable — and can often recommend a better alternative if needed.

Yes — if you have an existing tray or canopy, we can assess it and build a matching canopy or tray to suit. We’ll check dimensions, mounting points, and overall condition to ensure proper fitment and functionality.
